This new website displays foreclosed properties that will be auctioned on the steps of the County Courthouse on. This interactive map features street and city lines, floodplain information, aerial photos and property tax information from the Bexar County Appraisal District. The flags on the map represent properties to be sold. By clicking on the flags, you can obtain the County Clerk document numbers for the official foreclosure notices, which can be accessed through our main website.
Gerard C. "Gerry" Rickhoff, Bexar County Clerk is pleased to announce, coming in December, the opening of the "Spanish Archives". The Spanish Archives Department is where the oldest historical Bexar County Clerk Records dating from the early 1700's to the early 1900's, will be stored and made available for the public to view in the County Clerk's office. Ongoing plans include restoration, preservation and digitization of these precious historical records which will include access to the public via the Internet.
